reconnect to yourself

maybe you're overwhelmed with life or loss, struggling to be in the present moment, or having difficulty focusing or sleeping. maybe it feels like something is missing. 

whatever it may be, some part of your experience leaves you feeling empty, alone, scared, numb...

the patterns and processes we find ourselves in often repeat when outside of our awareness. unconsciously, they emerge and our thoughts, behaviors, and choices follow suit. 

in therapy, i'll help you reconnect with your truest self, integrally and somatically, while gaining awareness of the how, the natural rhythm of you. we'll likely explore your experience using mindful awareness, mindful breathing, bridging the mind and body. 

when we're exploring the mind and it's process, this might look like rewriting limiting thoughts & beliefs, gaining new self-awareness, nurturing self-compassion, developing boundaries, managing difficult emotions & stitching up past emotional wounds.
