about me
i didn't know i wanted to be a therapist for most of my life.
before thoughts of becoming a therapist, i studied poetry and short stories at San Francisco State University. i think my love for writing stems from a place within me drawn towards the depths of the human experience.
i later studied at the California Institute of Integral Studies, where i received my M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology. i trained in Gestalt Therapy at Church Street Integral Counseling Center and now run my practice through the Bay Area Gestalt Institute (BAGI).
i've spent all my life an hour or two from the city of San Francisco, navigating life just like you. in my free time, i tend to create and express - things like skateboarding, surfing, backpacking, hanging with my cat, writing poems and songs, painting, watching the Golden State Warriors and riding my bicycle around San Francisco and the surrounding trails and gravel.
i'm grateful to have this meaningful opportunity of being a therapist in San Francisco.
