i offer in-person and telehealth therapy for individuals, as well as couples counseling.
i've worked with an array of life experiences.
here's an idea of some of them organized into generalized phrases:
if you're in an emergency or your need for support is immediate, please call the San Francisco Suicide Prevention Hotline or the 988 Lifeline.
i didn't know i wanted to be a therapist for most of my life.
before thoughts of becoming a therapist, i studied poetry and short stories at San Francisco State University. i think my love for writing stems from a place within me drawn towards the depths of the human experience.
i then studied Western psychology via Eastern approaches and tradition at the California Institute of Integral Studies, where i received my M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology.
i trained in Gestalt Therapy at Church Street Integral Counseling Center and now run my practice through the Bay Area Gestalt Institute (BAGI).
i've spent all my life an hour or two from the city of San Francisco, navigating life just like you. in my free time, i tend to create and express - things like skateboarding, surfing, backpacking, riding my bike, writing poems and songs, painting.
other than that, I'm likely watching the Golden State Warriors and hanging with my cat, Bubba.
i'm really grateful to have this meaningful opportunity of being a therapist in San Francisco.
