about me

before thoughts of becoming a therapist, i studied poetry and short stories at San Francisco State University. i think my love for writing  stems from a place within me drawn towards the depths of the human experience. 

i then studied Western psychology via Eastern approaches and tradition at the California Institute of Integral Studies, where i received my M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology. 

i trained in Gestalt Therapy at Church Street Integral Counseling Center, before joining the Bay Area Gestalt Institute (BAGI). now, i run my own private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area where i offer both in-person therapy at my Noe Valley office and online therapy via telehealth sessions.

i've spent most my life living an hour or two from the city of San Francisco, navigating life just like you. in my free time, i tend to create and express - things like skateboarding, surfing, backpacking, riding my bike, writing poems and songs, painting. 

other than that, I'm likely watching the Golden State Warriors and hanging with my cat, Bubba. 

i'm really grateful to have this meaningful opportunity of being a therapist in San Francisco.
